We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and highly motivated partner with marketing and communications experience, preferably in the education sector. If you are excited about marketing and communications, and eager to strengthen the school’s market positioning, outreach and recruitment, you may be just the perfect partner we are looking for!

Ideal profile:

  • Experience in marketing communications, market research, product positioning and promotion, social media, and lead generation and acquisition
  • Experience in engaging multipliers and communities in marketing and promotion
  • Strong skills in data-driven marketing, including customer segmentation, product positioning, product analysis and consumer behavior
  • Passionate about using words and language to create powerful marketing messaging
  • Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation
  • Resourceful, creative, entrepreneurial
  • Well-structured approach and ability to prioritize tasks and propose solutions
  • Able to work autonomously in a small team environment
  • Ability to work smart, think “outside the box”, and to lead and manage change, as well as the marketing and communication of the school
  • Clear interest, passion and knowledge of sustainability and sustainable business

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research in service of sales and recruitment, including market data on competitors, pricing, consumer behavior, market trends and new recruitment opportunities
  • Coordinating data-driven online advertising and digital marketing efforts to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion
  • Providing conceptual idea, structure, and content for various marketing & sales materials, including brochures and presentations
  • Producing various communication deliverables such stories of students, news articles, press releases and newsletters
  • Copy-writing and content management of the BSL website
  • Developing and executing program-related digital and print campaigns and advertising
  • Managing the School’s social media channels and presence
  • Taking care of media relations and production and distribution of press releases
  • Coordinating BSL’s presence at Masters and MBA fairs globally
  • Acquiring, developing and maintaining an active global network of agents
  • Other projects and roles in the area of marketing and communications, based on your profile and strengths

Background & experience:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native speaker level) and other languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Preferably some experience with data and customer management programs such as CRM Salesforce
