Associate Professor Reda El Andaloussi is a creative, client and result-oriented executive, able to develop and transform businesses, from the strategy definition to its execution. Prof. El Andaloussi started his career in 1995, at KPMG Peat Marwick in Paris then Accenture in Geneva, leading and participating to large scale business transformation programs in various industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Consumer Goods, Telecom, …).
Later, in 2006, Prof. El Andaloussi got involved in Private Banking, leading strategic initiatives on topics such as operational efficiency, platform migration, business process outsourcing, new product development, restructuring, M&A transactions, and post transaction activities (migration and bank wind-down). He founded in 2010 Waves Ventures, a boutique firm specialized in innovation management consulting, high tech start-up mentoring and new ventures.
Prof. El Andaloussi holds an industrial engineering degree from Grenoble Institute of Technology and participated to executive trainings among which programmes from IMD and MIT Sloan.
Prof. El Andaloussi is passionate about leadership, innovation, and world digital transformation. He is also committed to sustainable development ; he participated to numerous initiatives in Morocco aimed at fighting women illiteracy through micro-credit and education. Prof. El Andaloussi also participates to the innovation committee of the Sustainable Finance Geneva association.
