Professional Career

Graduated as Economist with high interest and passion for the environment, I’ve been working as a project manager with the Colombian government for the presidential elections; later I left my country I’ve been working as Manager of a Restaurant chain in Spain, while I was starting to research how to develop my own startup in sustainable agriculture. I came to Switzerland, and I started to work as Under-Secretary-General for logistics with an NGO, and I’ve been promoted as Vice-Finance director.

Last January, I have started a new position with an organization in Geneva as project management for Sustainable finance projects from all over the world, an excellent motivation to continue learning about the field that I like most, Sustainability.

Career Objectives / Personal Vision & Mission

The way we have been managed the economy is not sustainable anymore, and sometimes we think that our environmental footprint will not have a big impact on the world. However, I considered that even with little steps, we as individuals could contribute to the change. That’s why I would like to learn from the professionals at BSL how I can improve my skills in the sustainability field and lead future projects with a more responsible perspective on the environment.
