I am a project controls & management enthusiast, business owner with over 20 years of experience. I worked around the world specializing in championing strategic initiatives to deliver effective results, participating in critical decision-making processes while working proactively with cross-functional teams to produce construction excellence. Experience ranges from high-speed railways, infrastructure, metro, airports, dams, residential & commercial developments, stadium, retail with values of works up to multi-billion projects.
Apart from giving my knowledge back to society to develop infrastructure to improve the lives of the ones in need, I have served and continue to serve in many international organizations, like:
- Region 9 Director of AACE International, includes Europa, Africa and Russia.
- Founder of the Italian section of AACE International, currently serving as Director
- Region 2 Marketing Director, of the International Cost Engineering Council

Statement of Motivation for a DBA
I have been working in projects/programmes for over 20 years and have noticed the slow adoption rate of best practices and willingness to change that leads to a decline or no improvement in productivity of the sector compared to other industries.
As a company owner dedicated to improving the delivery of our projects and programmes for clients want to establish a guideline on how we can practically apply AI and data driven decision making to guarantee to tackle those issues impacting the industry. As PMO we need to support and ensure that these changes are applied to ensure better success rates, especially when considering public funds in megaprojects.
