Professional Career & Mini Bio

Professor Dr. Stefano Battaglia teaches Organizational Behaviour and Development for the Bachelor’s program and Organizational Design for the Master’s program. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Bradford School of Management and a PhD from the Strathclyde Business School (UK). His doctoral thesis examines the development of trust dynamics in the employment relationship and the challenges faced by HR professionals in developing trust relationships in organizations.

He has over 10 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels, lecturing at numerous higher-education institutions including Swiss Education Group (SEG), EU Business School, Geneva Business School and Glion Institute of Higher Education. He has previously worked as HR Business Partner and L&D Partner at Frontiers Media S.A., one of the largest and fastest-growing open-access publisher worldwide, and he is currently leading the Swiss Romandie team of Talent Partners at Isobar Technologies Switzerland SA.

More recently, he has also specialized as Career Coach and he founded CoachTalents, a coaching and training company focusing on Management & Talent Development and Career Coaching.
