Manas Sinha completed his M.B.A ‘Cum-laude’ honours degree from Business School Lausanne in February, 2008.
He had joined BSL after years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles, and for someone who had left student life a decade earlier, BSL was like a fresh breeze. The international mix of faculty and students gave Manas a high degree of academic and cultural learning. The depth of course content, intensive case studies, and group assignments enabled him to prepare for the ever changing business world.
According to Manas “the learning at BSL widened my business knowledge, elevated my analytical skills and global understanding of international/multinational business processes that come in handy in my daily work”.
Manas Sinha has also completed certificate course in ‘Hotel Revenue Management’ from Cornell University, an ‘Operations Management’ course from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and several Marketing & Sales trainings and Management Development Program (MDP) from BTMA Academy. He is also certified as an ‘Accredited Management Teacher’ by the Centre for Management Services, All India Management Association, the premier certification authority in business education and research.
Presently Manas Sinha is heading the India Marketing Office, of Singapore based luxury International hotels and resorts chain – Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts group’s portfolio, both under Banyan Tree and Angsana brands. He looks after the marketing, branding, business development and new project leads for the group’s luxury properties located overseas.
