Associate Professor Lena Koropey gives seminars on International Business Etiquette, Presentation Skills and Personal Branding at the MBA/E-MBA level at BSL. Founder of Gramercy Protocol, Prof. Koropey provides strategic business etiquette and communication skills counsel to Fortune 100 companies representing some of the world’s most respected brands. She has over twenty years of marketing communications, brand management, and public relations experience working with distinguished brands such as Mercedes-Benz and Voss water.

Recognized globally as an Etiquette Expert, Lena has been featured in a variety of media outlets including Forbes, TIME, USA TODAY and Gulf Times. 

Prof. Koropey earned her certification in Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consulting from The Protocol School of Washington. She holds a Bachelor degree in Spanish and Political Science from Rutgers College, and studied Fashion Marketing and Design at Parsons in New York. She is also faculty at Parsons School of Design in the MS in Strategic Design Management program. Prof. Koropey earned her MBA, Cum Laude, in Global Business Management from Business School Lausanne.
