Prof. Jean-Claude Roustant (French) teaches at the Master’s level at BSL. Prof. Roustant is an independent consultant and coach for companies such as Bonpoint, Relais & Châteaux, and Sofitel. He has 25 years of experience as a manager and trainer with multinational companies, in particular, from the luxury industry. He is a specialist in the retail business, intervening for different luxury retail business segments in the development of customer experience all over the world. He has worked as Retail Training Director during 13 years at Louis Vuitton, as General Manager for the Interprofessional Association for Fine watchmaking(AIHH) and also at the Centre Culturel de la Haute Horlogerie in Switzerland, was Head of Training and Events at Ebel (LVMH Group, Watches and Jewelry Division), and was Training Manager for ACCOR. Prof. Roustant is a certified coach in Leadership and Communication and has a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
