Professional Career & Mini Bio
Dr. Anaëlle Foucault-Dumas joined the Business School Lausanne (BSL) in February 2025 as Deputy Academic Director for Executive Education. As a seasoned academic executive, she brings a wealth of experience in higher education, research and innovation management.
At the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), she headed the National Centers of Competence in Research (NCCR) unit, developing national research policies and encouraging educational initiatives and collaborations between academia and industry. She then joined the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) as Scientific Advisor to the President, where she played an important role in advancing institutional strategies, launching transdisciplinary initiatives in the fields of sustainability and health sciences, and strengthening partnerships between academia, industry and politics.
Passionate about education and its role in building tomorrow’s world, Dr. Foucault-Dumas is dedicated to excellence in executive education through innovation, strategic leadership and global vision.
