The Programs
Getting our undergraduate and graduate business students ready for the realities of business is BSL’s top priority. All of BSL’s business training programs are fully accredited and enjoy world-wide recognition as they meet or exceed the requirements of U.S. and European university standards.
We offer our management programs in an accelerated mode, enabling bachelor students to complete their three-year undergraduate business degree in two years. This is achieved by increasing the course load across the entire study time and by limiting the summer break to an absolute minimum.
Why do a BBA degree?
No matter what future career a person chooses (art, science, medicine, law, family business, corporation) the best way for a young adult to express his or her talent and make a difference in this world is by starting off with a solid, practical education in how to get things done.
Basic management skills are the foundation to succeed in any area of life. Career prospects, perhaps in combination with a specialist qualification in another field, are considerably enhanced. And, because life revolves around commerce, studying business gives a better understanding of the world, and adds a feeling of comfort and well-being.
The BSL practical approach to business means that a students’s head will not be filled with a lot of useless theory. From the very beginning of the BBA studies in Switzerland they will be encouraged to test the applicability of their ideas.
Why do a Master's degree?
Our programs MSc in Finance, MSc in Marketing, MIB (Master of International Business) and MSc Sustainable Entrepreneurship are designed for those who wish to study further just after completing a bachelor's degree or for those with little professional working experience. All of BSL's master programs allow students to deepen their knowledge with up-to-date training in a specialized area.
Students selecting our MSc Finance are given the opportunity to obtain CFA certification inconjuction with their master's degree.
Why do a full-time, part-time or Executive MBA degree?
Entry into today’s business world is tough, and once in, the competition for career progression becomes intense. An MBA is a must for those who want to succeed. The BSL MBA in Switzerland will give graduates a considerable edge over other working professional:

While the full-time program is a typical 1 year program, the executive MBA takes place mainly on Saturdays so that the busy work schedule is not interrupted, and can be completed in one and a half years. The newly developed modular MBA program is tailor-made for working professionals across Europe who have demanded to study at BSL and have been waiting for a modular approach to allow them to continue their careers while studying in a series of 3-day weekends every six weeks over the course of 2 years.
Why do a DBA degree?
The pace of modern business often leaves little time for exploration of alternatives. Decisions must be made and actions taken. The BSL DBA program is for those who have had business success and want to apply their knowledge and experience to the exercise of thoroughly researching a business topic.
BSL DBA candidates select their own area of research; many chose something closely associated with the business in which they work. The emphasis is on practicality and not theoretical hypotheses.
Under the guidance of a BSL faculty member, a highly qualified, business practitioner, the DBA candidates consolidate their experience and add new dimensions to their problem solving capacity and skills portfolio.
