With approximately 85% of BSL students coming from outside of Switzerland, the challenge of finding a fulfilling career takes on new dimensions! For students returning to their home country, BSL provides contacts, where possible, to alumni, organizations and recruitment agencies. Within Switzerland, BSL has a vast network of companies with whom we have worked in the redesign of our MBA and EMBA programs, in addition to an extensive network of HR Directors throughout Switzerland.Through class and individual counselling, CV preparation exercises and role play, students are coached to explore opportunities within companies where their profile best fits.BSL also regularly posts job opportunities within the school and on the intranet. Further one-to-one counselling is available to students who seek additional help in their career search.
