MBA with CFA Level I Preparation
Those enrolled in the MBA program at BSL and who wish to embrace a career in investment banking have the option to follow 5 modules (200 course hours) of CFA Level I classes.
The classes are:
Financial Reporting and Analysis, Quantitative Methods and Derivatives, Fixed Income and Equity, Ethics and Economics, Corporate Finance Portfolio Investment and Alternative Investment.
Courses will run in the Spring Term (Fall Term entry) and Fall Term (Spring Term entry). CFA examinations are scheduled in June. The total cost for the 5 modules is CHF 10,000.

Structure
Our program is interactive and demanding, stretching the limits of participants to enable personal and professional growth. We avoid sophisticated models, frontal lecture and easy listening. Our full-time MBA program follows a modular format consisting of the following topics:

BSL’s full-time MBA program is completed in 1 year.
Start Dates
1st semester runs 6th of September 2010 – 11th February 2011.
2nd semester runs 21st February 2011 – 29th July 2011.
*The 2011 / 2012 Academic Year starts on Wednesday 31st of August 2011.
Accreditation
The graduate degree in business at BSL is fully accredited as a one-year master’s degree in the US and is equivalent to a one-year European postmaster’s degree.
