Program Overview
Imagine earning a reputable Swiss MBA while maintaining your job elsewhere in Europe. BSL’s Flex MBA relieves heavy time commitments by allowing you to design your own schedule and completion time depending on your professional and personal priorities. By maximizing flexibility, business professionals throughout Europe are able to travel to and from Switzerland in order to earn an internationally accredited Swiss degree. The BSL Flex MBA provides an intense and unforgettable learning experience that focuses on personal leadership. We avoid sophisticated models, frontal lecture and easy listening. The program takes place in a multicultural environment, providing interactive discussions that highlight different business approaches.

Focus
Teaching the fundamental basics of business is a non-negotiable element of our Flex MBA program. First and foremost, Flex MBA participants will be able to walk away with a solid understanding of how to successfully run a business. Once this is acquired, we shift our focus on what makes the true difference in business: the ability to grasp the bigger picture, to remain calm under pressure, to communicate effectively, to bring out the best in team-members, to lead change, and to achieve results.

The Modular Advantage
Our modular MBA classes are scheduled in 3 day blocks, every Thursday – Saturday. In the modular format, each class is independently given, without relying on others. Flex MBA participants can select the modules/classes from our MBA program that best accommodate their schedules. The program content is split into Foundation and Integration Parts, where participants are required to complete the Foundation before starting the Integration. Additionally, the elective leadership seminars may be taken at any time during the program.

Duration
In addition to being able to choose your study dates, the flexibility of our program gives you the ability to speed up or slow down your rhythm during the program. With BSL’s Flex MBA, you are not restricted to a specific time duration, and may take as little or as much time as you need.

Accreditation
The graduate degree in business at BSL is fully accredited as a one-year master’s degree in the US and is equivalent to a one-year European postmaster’s degree.
