Candidates applying to the BSL MBA program must have:

• EITHER a bachelor degree from a recognized university or institution. Candidates with a bachelor degree in a non-business field may be required to complete BSL's prerequisite preparation courses.

• OR significant work experience (for professionals over 30 years of age). Working professionals with careers focused exclusively on one area of business are eligible to apply but may be required to complete BSL’s prerequisite courses.
• For candidates without a minimum of three years work experience, please refer to our Master in International Business program.

In addition, admission requirements include:

• Three years of professional work experience, including management experience (defined as having managed people or a project).
• GMAT scores and other qualifications to strengthen a candidate’s application are recommended but not mandatory.
• An up-to-date CV.
• Fluency in English at a TOEFL level of 90 or equivalent.
• Two reference letters from current or previous employers.
• A convincing motivation letter/essay highlighting:
  -your perspective on your professional future
  -reasons why you wish to study business
  -why BSL is the right school for you

• The successful completion of a personal interview with our admissions officer (in person or by phone).
