Doctorate in Business Administrator (DBA)
Program Overview
Our three-year, part-time DBA program provides DBA candidates an exciting academic and professional development experience that adds a new dimension to problem solving skills. A DBA from BSL opens new career prospects both in consulting, management and teaching, establishing you as an expert in your field of interest.
BSL is leading in applied doctoral research since 1987. The BSL DBA program is designed for:
- Business practitioners interested in applying their experience to the intellectual exercise of business research, and
- Master degree holders with some initial business experience after their studies.
We are interested in doctoral candidates who wish to contribute to business & management by embracing our responsibility to become a positive force in solving the burning issues of the 21st century. We value research topics that contribute to the well-being of the business community (see “research domains”).
As a DBA graduate, you will be qualified to carry the title of ‘Doctor in Business Administration’. To succeed your studies, you must demonstrate that your research significantly contributes to business studies by applying your topic to business within a relevant theoretical context. Your work will be assessed on its rigorous approach to research, and its practice-oriented relevance.
