In general, BSL seeks high school graduates finishing in the top 20% of their respective schools. For aspiring and motivated students, our formal admissions requirements are (ensure the following documents are included in your application submission):

• A high school degree that is equivalent to the International Baccalaureate (IB). US diplomas must be complemented with an SAT exam.

• Fluency in English (either mother tongue or acquired during studies) at a TOEFL level of 80 or equivalent.

• CV and a convincing motivation letter/essay highlighting:
  • your perspective on your professional future
  • reasons why you wish to study business
  • why you believe BSL is the right school for you

• Two reference letters (Letters should be from non-family related adults who can provide insight on your personally qualities. School principals, college counselors, teachers, sports coaches, and employers all make good references).

• The successful completion of a personal interview with our admissions officer, either in person or by phone/skype.

Credit Transfer

We accept credit transfers from other universities or colleges. Please supply module syllabi and grades obtained as well as ECTS credits of each module you are seeking exemptions for. Our Admission's office is ready to evaluate your transcripts and let you know how many credits will apply towards your Business School Lausanne degree.
